I’ve been coming to this auto repair shop for the past couple of years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. I was referred to this auto repair shop by a friend and decided to give them a try when my check engine light came on. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly group of professionals who genuinely seemed interested in helping me. They quickly took my vehicle in and conducted a thorough inspection. The mechanic explained the problem with the check engine light in layman's terms, which was so helpful. I was a bit surprised at how affordable the repairs were compared to other shops I've been to in the past. They also provided updates throughout the process, which made me feel more at ease during the wait. The only thing I felt could improve is the ambient music in the waiting area; it was a bit loud for my taste. However, that’s a minor detail in an otherwise excellent experience. I’m glad I found this place and have already planned to come back for regular maintenance!

They offered me some options, and I felt no pressure to go for the most expensive one. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cost, and the work was completed sooner than I expected. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage outside; it’s a bit easy to miss if you’re not familiar with the area. Other than that, I can't speak highly enough about my experience!

I took my SUV in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process went. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I didn't have to wait too long. I loved that they also did a complimentary inspection to check for any other issues. My only critique is that the waiting area could use a few more chairs; it was a little crowded during peak hours. Nevertheless, I'll definitely return for future service because they made me feel valued as a customer.
